This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and bar area. I remember when the staff helped me find my lost wallet. Once, Sam. Don't miss it!

Fairly clean property with modern design, and marvellous continental breakfast. Quiet ambiance, well-equipped rooms. Comfy beds and a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities. Such an exceptional service. Free Wi-Fi and early check in.

Spacious room - we were upgraded for a miniscule extra charge. Relaxed eating. Good food. Lots of outdoor space. Child friendly.
It's a cheap upgrade to a motel and this shows in places.

The best thing was that you could walk across the road to the beach, and there were lots of cycle lanes and footpaths to use.

We loved the seaside decor of the hotel (think driftwood!). The room was lovely and comfortable especially the bed. The location across from the beach is lovely. We had some beautiful walks on the sand. The evening meal was value for money . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We think it was a very good value one night break with the special offer of £85 on Booked.nete,. The breakfast was superb .

It was very convenient at Rye Golf Club. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
It was disappointing to find that I was charged at a rate some 40% higher than others in the same party.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful without exception. Excellent position plus buses running outside to trips to Folkstone or Hastings.
Didn't like the lack of wardrobes in bedrooms. Not so keen on the choice of menu (didn't have dinner at Hotel). Felt it was an Hotel for younger couples

The hotel was very clean and the staff in the restaurant were very helpful
The bedrooms and corridors were very dreary and drab - all grey and brown. The room was noisy as it was right next tothe car park. I specifically called and was advised that wheat free bread would be available at breakfsat and it wasn't.

It was lovely to find such a comfortable and well managed hotel in an old setting. Dinner was superb and a selection of dishes prepared for breakfast.
On checking out and paying the bill for the stay and dinner I left a large (in my opinion) tip for the service received. I think the receptionist might have mentioned that similar amount had already been charged to my bill as a service charge. (My fault I know for not checking)

Absolutely loved our stay! We enjoyed relaxing in the garden area and soaking up the sun on the terrace. The only small hiccup was the bathroom extractor fan not working, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 🌞
